An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Audio Guide Team here at Blenheim Palace. As one of the first points of contact for visitors, you will provide a warm, friendly welcome ensuring you provide accurate information and directions to all areas of the Palace, making sure that their expectations are exceeded at all times. You will need to be exceedingly friendly, be able to deal effectively with difficult situations and be able to meet the needs of a constantly changing visitor flow.
Main responsibilities will include:
You will have the knowledge to be able to direct visitors to any place in the Park and Gardens and have an intimate knowledge of the ticketing machines and promotions. Previous customer relations experience would be an advantage and flexibility towards hours of work is essential as weekend and bank holiday work will be required.
