As a member of our Operations Team, you will resolve customer queries via social media channels. You will will provide excellent customer service and ensure that all complaints, queries and questions are handled in the correct way, you will learn our policies and processes, and learn whe to escalate accordingly. You will also provide additional support on our social media platforms for the marketing executive as required.
