As a Palace Guide at ‘Britain’s Greatest Palace’, you will be one of the first points of contact to our visitors and as such you must demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times. You should always be smart and professional, remembering that our visitors want to have an enjoyable visit.
Main responsibilities will include:
Previous customer relations experience would be an advantage and flexibility towards hours of work is essential as weekend and bank holiday work will be required.
2 x 35hrs (Full-time)
2 x 21hrs (part-time)2 x 14hrs (part-time)
