Maintenance Assistant

The Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Deputy Manager and Palace Foreman with a variety of repairs and jobs to ensure that the guests have a great experience.

Day to Day Role Responsibilities:

IT literacy, Health & Safety and the ability to conduct first level fault finding.
Good planning and organisational skills are required.
Completion of daily PPM plans
Willingness to learn and to embrace new training if, and when required
Welcoming and professional approach to guests and team member
Heavy manual labour & working at heights

Skills & Knowledge:

Proven experience is required in one or more building trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting/ decorating or general building maintenance.
A good understanding of building services with strong experiences in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting/decorating or general building maintenance work.

Person Specification:
