Walled Garden Cleaner (Adventure Play)

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our new Adventure Play Team in The Lost Garden as a Cleaner. 


Responsibilities:

  • Reports to work each day and on time, and works extra hours when needed. 
  • Comply with proper safety policies and procedures as required (i.e. when using cleaning chemicals, reporting incidents, COSHH, etc).
  • You must be able to determine the neatness, accuracy and thoroughness of the work assigned.
  • Manual handling (training will be provided).
  • Cleaning and maintaining the areas within the Adventure Play and wider Walled Garden. 
    • Additional duties may available as the development of the complex increases.
    • Job cards will be assigned to you for the various areas.
  • The employee must be able to determine the neatness, accuracy and thoroughness of the work assigned.
  • Communication via radio – as required (training will be given).
  • To monitor and control stock levels of products.
  • To be fully aware of customer and client confidentiality.
  • To maintain standards of Health and Safety in accordance with the employer handbook and current legislation. Employee must comply with proper safety policies and procedures as required (i.e. when using cleaning chemicals, reporting incidents, etc).
  • To report any incidences, items that may have been moved or concerns about the cleaning areas or visitor route to the Duty Manager. 
  • To report and maintenance issues to the Duty Manager. 
  • To maintain the highest standards of customer service, including following the complaint handling procedure.
  • Attend any training course you are required to do to maintain standards.
