Digital Marketing Assistant

As an integral part of the central Digital Team this role will utilise your digital marketing skills across a diversity of channels and platforms. While primarily working for our property partner Pye Homes you will also be expected to work across all our brands including Blenheim Palace, Blenheim Estate and Blenheim Strategic Partners.

The role requires a variety of day-to-day activities, from CMS and CRM management to running Social and Paid campaigns. You will also be responsible for reporting on brands and continual brand development to evolve and grow the awareness, engagement and commercial return.

Flexible Working with a minimum of two days in the office.

  • Day-to-day management of the content management system, building and optimising pages, and continually refining layouts to improve UX.
  • Creating and managing email campaigns (covering everything from copywriting and layout to segmentation and optimisation) and looking after automated customer journeys.
  • Management of platforms associated to the web experience, such as: Formsite, MailChimp, Survey Monkey etc 
  • Tracking and reporting of web and social performance to provide actionable insights and continual performance improvements
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager and Executives with day-to-day projects. 
  • Supporting internal comms with a variety of internal comms from newsletters and intranet to display screens.
  • Supporting paid social and paid web campaigns 
  • Crisis comms support when required, which may include occasional weekends
