As the PA for The Duke of Marlborough you'll take on a role of unique variety in a fast paced and high-profile environment. You'll prioritise and manage multiple requests, coordinate diaries, meetings and appointments, oversee efficient inbox management, minute-taking and draft correspondence.
You'll be liaising with several stakeholders at a senior level and building relationships with colleagues and external organisations, you are required to draft formal letters of very high importance.
Tasks & Responsibilities: |

Skills & Knowledge: | Confident using a range of IT packages, along with excellent letter drafting skills and attention to detail, you'll be capable of producing a range of papers, correspondence, and reports. Advantageous to understand Royal protocol and useful to know how to use a typewriter. Extensive diary management and capable of pre-empting situations, and confident to make informed decisions.

A highly experienced PA and a proactive and assertive person who takes pride in delivering work to the highest standards. Superb interpersonal and communication skills and used to liaising with all levels and dealing with challenging situations. With a proactive approach, you'll work efficiently with initiative and minimal direction, remaining calm and organised when under pressure. |
