An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Estate Office team at Blenheim Palace, a World Heritage Site and a stunning and unique place to work.

We are looking for an outstanding candidate who will be the 'face' of our office, giving a warm and professional welcome to all visitors. As well as meeting and greeting visitors, you will be responsible for a wide range of reception and administrative tasks, including;

  • Answering calls and responding to emails.
  • Booking meetings, coordinating meeting rooms and arranging couriers.
  • Sorting and distributing post and arranging deliveries and couriers.
  • Managing the visitors' book and giving out security passes.
  • Arranging appointments and updating records on databases.

We are looking for applicants with experience gained in a customer-facing role. You will also need to have:

  • Strong IT skills - particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills.
  • A helpful, flexible hardworking approach and a 'can do' attitude.
  • A strong team ethos and a willingness to help.
