As a Visitor Services Assistant at ‘Britain’s Greatest Palace’, you will be one of the first points of contact to our visitors and as such you must demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times. You should always be smart and professional, remembering that our visitors want to have an enjoyable visit.

Previous customer relations experience would be an advantage and flexibility towards hours of work is essential as weekend and bank holiday work will be required.
